Video Information Format

Title: Max 30 words

Language

English

Names

Name(s) of creator: First name(s) and Family name(s) (e.g. John Smith).

Affiliation

Department, Institution/Hospital, City and Country.
Affiliation(s) should be annotated by superscript numbers. words

Length

4-15 minutes

Video Format

Videos must be submitted as streaming optimized .MP4 files in 1280x720 resolution (720p HD) no larger than 1GB.

Originality

Videos must be original and unpublished works.
Videos may not appear on any public website or be made available to the public during the contest’s duration.

Permissions

Entrants assert that they either own or have the right to use all content used in videos, and that material is properly credited.
Entrants using third-party material (i.e., material not owned by the entrant) must have received explicit permission from the owner to use these materials.
In addition, entrants grant the Korean Society of Endourology and Robotics (KSER) royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive rights and licenses to the materials.

Withdrawal of Videos

If you would like to withdraw a video, please notify the KSER 2025 Secretariat ([email protected]) in writing as soon as possible.

Award

Outstanding videos will be recognized with awards and featured in the RUVIcon (Robotic Urologic surgery Video Contest) and EUVIcon (EndoUrologic surgery Video Contest).
