Travel Grant - International Participant

The Organizing Committee of KSER 2025 Academic Festival offers Travel Grants to INTERNATIONAL Scientists or Medical Doctors who present their abstracts on-site and are eligible for all the conditions listed below. Upon abstract submission, you will be automatically considered for the grant.

The final recipients will be announced through email after the KSER 2025 Academic Festival organizing committee's review.

Eligibility	BEST Abstract Submitters (who complete the presentation on-site)
Benefits	Complimentary up to 3 nights accommodation / Registration fee Refund * Your accommodation fee is waived * You need to pay the registration fee first, but we will refund it later

Even if you submit multiple abstracts, you will be eligible to receive the Travel Grant for only one abstract.
Please note that the Travel Grant will be awarded only ONCE per presenter, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts.
If a presenter does not present the abstract, the Travel Grant will be canceled.
A valid form of ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, must be presented upon claiming the grant on-site.

Best Oral Presentation Award

The Best Oral Presentation Awards recognize exceptional contributions to the field of endourology, representing the pinnacle of scientific inquiry. The KSER 2025 Festival organizing committee will select awardees of experts who will conduct an evaluation, considering factors such as scientific significance, visual impact, and educational value.

You will be automatically considered for the award upon the oral presentation onsite.

Benefits	50만원 (KRW 500,000)

게재논문상 (Best Publication Award) - KSER MEMBER ONLY

자격 요건

대한비뇨내시경로봇학회 회원
2024년 7월 24일~2025년 5월 28일 기간 내 학술지에 게재된 (출판) 결석/내비뇨 및 복강경/로봇 분야에 관한 논문

* 게재되지 않고 수락된 논문은 해당되지 않음
* 위 두 가지 조건 모두 충족 필요

혜택

정기학술대회 석상 시상 (수상자 참석 필수)
총 4편 선정
각 200만원 상금 수여

공모	~ 5월 29일
심사 및 발표	~ 6월 12일

공모논문상 (Best Manuscript Award) - KSER MEMBER ONLY

자격 요건

2025년 6월 12일까지 완성된 논문
타 학술지와 이중 개제 금지 및 IRB 심의 통과 조건 충족

* 위 두 가지 조건 모두 충족 필요

혜택

결석/내비뇨 및 복강경/로봇 분야에 관한 논문 각 1편씩 총 2편을 선정
각 200만원 상금 수여
제출된 모든 논문은 추후 (IC urology, Investigative and Clinical Urology)에 게재 추천
