Registration Fees

Foreign nationals working at Korean institutions are considered ‘Korean participants’, so should register with the registration fee for Korean.

*Online participation is available for overseas participants who cannot attend in person. The conference will be live-streamed. (Further details will be provided to registered participants.)

Payment Methods

Credit Card (For Overseas Participants)
Payment by credit card is available only for overseas participants through the online registration system.
All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
The actual amount charged may differ according to the exchange rate.
The merchant's name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay'.

Registration Confirmation

Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

Appropriate payment should be completed within the registration period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat via e-mail ([email protected]) and confirmed.
All valid refunds will be processed within 30 days after the last day of the conference.

Cancellation by June 10, 2025	100% Refund
Cancellation after June 10, 2025	No Refund
